As a Power Systems Engineer, you will help design, test, and deploy next-generation power platforms while working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop advanced power systems.
• Create electrical system architectures and technical specifications.
• Perform simulations, validation, and laboratory testing.
• Collaborate with software, embedded, and mechanical engineering teams.
• Analyze system failures and improve product reliability.
• Support prototype development and field deployments.
• Prepare engineering documentation and technical reports.
• Participate in design reviews and product development meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Ensure products meet safety and performance standards.
• Perform electrical analysis and system validation.
• Review schematics and system designs.
• Support manufacturing and product integration.
• Identify technical risks and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems.
• Knowledge of power electronics and energy storage technologies.
• Experience with engineering software such as MATLAB, Simulink, ETAP or LTspice.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with renewable energy or hydrogen technologies.
• Knowledge of embedded systems.
• Experience taking products from concept to deployment.
• Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
